This advert was designed to be placed in Brokers’ magazines to advertise Market Financial Solutions’ ‘Buy-to-Let Mortgages’ product.
The design is reflective of their current website for their ‘Buy-to-Let Mortgages’ product. To catch the viewers’ attention I placed subtle details such as a play on words for the title word ‘Flexible’ by bending it, and highlighting the ‘Buy-to-Let Mortgages’ text in orange.
I used a photo of a row of houses, with one of those houses being a similar colour to the ‘Buy-to-Let Mortgages’ text, indicating the text and the house relate to each other.
